My Father in Heaven:

You are Holy beyond my definition of holy.  You are perfect in all of Your ways and sovereign plans.  You are whole in Your righteousness and goodness.  You are complete in how you deal with me, my family, and the world.  You are Holy.

Your Kingdom is where I want to be.  Your Kingdom is where I want to live and have meaning in my life.  I can get being, living, and meaning elsewhere, but I want those things from You, My God of gods.  I feel lost in Your Kingdom right now, so I pray that You send a cloud by day and a fire by night to show me the path in Your Kingdom.  I know You have done such things in the past and will do it again in the future.  May Your Kingdom come.

I ask that you give me what I need.  I ask that you give me the wisdom to see when You do it so I may praise You.  I am selfish so I think I make my own way and provide for myself.  You are the Grand Provider of the ram in the thicket, deliverers, manna, quail, oil that does not run out, dream interpretations, living water, and so much more.  May I see Your blessings in this new year and make it known what You have done… again and again.

I ask for forgiveness.  In the Name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, I ask to be covered by the blood of the cross that I may walk in forgiveness.  I do not want to look back on my sin in shame and self-identity, but forward through bloodstained vision that leads me to rely on grace.  Help me not to use the grace of Christ as an excuse to live how I choose, but to live how You would choose.

I ask for help in forgiving others.  Please help me move on, move up, move out; keep on, keep up; put it aside, put up with it, put it out of my mind; let it go, let it pass, let it be; and just move towards grace in all areas.

May I see Your favor in all things as You do what You do.

May I be committed to meditating on Your Word and putting it into practice.

May I be committed to prayer and always seeking Your Divine Face.

May I give properly to the storehouse and to Your people as they do Your will.

May the faith disciplines of my life lead me to walk with You consistently.

I praise You my God with all my heart, mind, soul, and strength.  I shout in my spirit within Your Spirit to You that You would hear my prayers and answer from Your sovereign throne of grace.  You are God and there is none like You.
